About the Book

This book is designed for readers looking for a way out from internal pain and suffering. Alan Redstone synthesizes his many years of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist in an accessible guide to well-being. Many psychological problems can be traced back to how we were treated in childhood, and his book offers powerful remedies and a course in brain psychology. It is designed for readers to begin or continue their personal journey from self-hate to self-love; from misery to bliss.

Mr. Redstone shows how readers can control their own moods and emotional states with their thinking. When they purposely think pleasant thoughts, their brain responds in kind by releasing neurotransmitters that make them feel good. Thoughts affect neurochemistry. This is the exact meaning of the mind-body connection. Read this book and make a decision to heal using the methods and techniques eloquently described in this ground-breaking book.

– Corrie ten Boom

– Desmond Tutu
“To love means loving the unlovable. To forgive means pardoning the unpardonable. Faith means believing the unbelievable. Hope means hoping when everything seems hopeless.”

“It is, after all, an indisputable fact of reality that many children are raised in extremely non-nurturing environments, environments hostile to normal development. It is a fact of reality that children can be ignored, rejected, humiliated, abused, molested, subjected to violence, and tormented in any number of ways.”
– Nathaniel Branden
“What you think and what you believe is what will come true for you. Your thoughts create your life. It’s that simple.”

– Louise Hay
